Once upon a time...
Philadelphians Pat and Harry Olivieri initially had a hot dog cart and intended to make a new sandwich employing sliced beef and sautéed onions one day. While Pat was enjoying his sandwiches, a cab driver came by and showed interest in it, so he bought one for himself. On eating it, the cab driver advised Olivieri to stop cooking hot dogs and instead concentrate on the new sandwich.
So what is this sandwich the cab driver loved so much?
The Philly Cheesesteak is a dish composed of finely chopped ribeye, sautéed onions, and provolone cheese. Is it a club sandwich? Well sort of, but not really...it's better!
This cheesesteak is a savoury dish prepared with finely diced beef steak and melted cheese in a large hoagie bread. It is a simple combination that is a standard established on the Eastern Side. The Philly Cheesesteak has been modified on the West Coast to include bell peppers and mushrooms, but a true “Philly” only has beef, onion, and cheese eaten on bread. You can eat it anytime! As a lunch, dinner or breakfast sandwich!
Sandwiches of this type can be seen at high-end eateries. Outside Philadelphia, the burger is commonly referred to as a "Philly cheesesteak."
Not the same without the meat!
A philly cheese steak is often thin steak meat that has been diced up over the same sort of grill with comparable spices such as cheese, onions, mushrooms, and peppers and then placed on a sandwich or long bun.

It is literally the first thing that attracts us all towards this sandwich! The aroma of onions frying, we can smell fried onions from a block away. It completely leaves us in a trance, and hungry! And craving these sandwiches! Ah!
And that brings our toppings to the point that they top all other toppings! Caramelized onions, provolone, sauces, mustard and lettuce! Mmmhmmm

It's more akin to a pepper steak sandwich. Provolone cheese, finely diced fatty steak, and fluffy chewable bread: the cheese and meat combine to produce a wonderful flavour we just can't stop craving!
Then you proceed with the element that enriches all philly sandwiches: a beautiful, toasty lengthy roll. This is our attempt to make the sandwich, and it always fills our hunger. Philly cheesesteaks are staggeringly beautiful, and it is probably all thanks to the way the components just seem to be made for each other and no other food item on this entire planet! A Philly cheesesteak's taste is not defined by a single ingredient. The mix of components is what makes a Philly steak so delicious.
The most important component! A Fresh roll with a firm but not rigid base and a mushy middle is required and is what you get with our Philly Sandwiches! Our bread has a pleasant buttery flavour, which is strong yet not overpowering!
The roll normally collects heat by being placed over the finished steak, and the cheese is either smeared on the roll or melted into the meat with the other sliced cheese.
Let’s talk about meat! It's precisely cut, and it's mostly ribeye. It is a wonderful piece of meat as all the fats will melt off and keep it luscious. It's well flavored with seasoning, which is basically salt, pepper, paprika, chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, marjoram, and basil. A blast of flavour no one would have expected!
This sandwich is enhanced by the addition of sauteed onions. We roast them so they just get brown corners, a little semi translucent with a crackle, and melt in your mouth, which we believe adds the perfect crunch to a sandwich!
Our provolone cheese compliments this sandwich perfectly. This moderately hard cheese is made from stretched curd and is recognised for taking on a variety of forms and sizes. It's smooth, mellow, and full of character, with traces of nutty and saline overtones.
We are serving our meat lovers the best meat! But we won't let our veggie lovers down either! We also have lettuce, mustard and bell peppers as components of this sandwich!
The lettuce and bell peppers add a crunch to the sandwich that is simply to die for! We can literally hear the crunch as we bite into these sandwiches! Mild, soft and buttery, red and spicy. One of the world’s most favourite vegetables, these are definitely an indispensable addition!
And lastly but no where the least, we bring in the mustard! Mustard seasonings vary in flavour from sugary to hot. Mustard has a sharp, acidic flavour that we think goes perfectly with our other superstars!
